How much does it cost?
Members pay a non-refundable, one-time fee upfront the beginning of the season. The Full Season 24-week CSA is $700 that translates to $30/week selection of our certified organic seasonal farm produce and herbs. Each of the 8-week CSA options is $275.

What is a CSA?
Short for “Community-Supported Agriculture,” CSA programs allow people in a community to invest in their local farms and receive regular shares of the harvest in return. This vote of confidence in your farm is a way of cultivating a sustainable economy that supports a local grower, while also expanding community access to local produce. It’s a win-win!

How does it work?
Each Saturday during the CSA period, members will pick up a grocery bag full of our certified organic and seasonal produce at our farmstand on Saturdays from 9am-3pm. We will often have a box of extras or swaps if you’d like to add or subtract items. And we can work with you if you can’t make a pick up.

When is the CSA available?
This year starting in May thru October we are offering a 24-week Full Season CSA, and 8-week Spring, Summer, and Fall options starting in April, June, and August!

Are CSAs my only pre-paid option?
Nope. We also have a flexible spending option with our pre-paid Membership Card. Purchase a card online January thru April and we’ll add an additional 10% value to the card so you’re effectively getting a 10% discount on your organic produce. There’s also an option to purchase a $25 gift that will be donated to food insecure neighbors.

Do you accept SNAP/EBT?
Yes we do and you can apply SNAP funds to your CSA pickup weekly. If you’d like to use SNAP as your payment method, get in touch at slowfarmorganic@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it happen.

What if I can’t make it to pickup?
Ask a friend or neighbor to pick up for you (people looooove this kind of gift). Or, let us know that we should donate to one of our food rescue partners. Sometimes we can stash a bag in the cooler overnight for you - just let us know.
